Registering with PACRA makes your business legal, lets you open a bank account. and qualifies you for loans Here’s the step-by-step

  1. Decide your business type- sole proprietor, partnerships, LTD etc.

  2. Check name availability - Use PACRA’s online portal or go in person.

  3. Prepare documents- NRC, business address, shareholding for LIMITED companies.

  4. Submit application + pay fees - online at e-services.pacra.org.zm or their office.

  5. Get your certificate - Usually 3-7days if all docs are correct
